Starting Salary: £24,000 per annum
We are looking to hire a junior marketing executive with strong numerical skills, a passion for data, and new technologies who wishes to further their career in digital marketing. The role will see you working hand-in-hand with Leo (who specialises in Paid Media advertising) and Kevin (who specialises in Search Engine Optimisation).
This is a junior-level role, and, we will expect you to have previous work experience within a professional setting – it may be preferential if you also have additional certifications.
You’ll be required to work alongside us in implementing strategies that help clients hit their marketing goals. You will have plenty of ring-fenced time to advance your own knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO and Paid Media.
Rather than grab a slice of every pie going, at Growthack we focus on what we do best: SEO and Paid Media. If there’s something else we need to meet our client’s goals, we hook them up with external designers, writers, developers and strategists. As a result, our clients get first-rate technical expertise and laser-focused advice from people who know what they’re talking about.
Growthack was founded in September 2020 and in the second half of 2021, it became a full-time venture for both Kevin and Leo. Growthack’s aim is not to become a commonly-found marketing agency. We simply want to cultivate a small and close-knit team of real specialists, and to enjoy; our work, our relationships with clients, and our relationships between ourselves.
This is why a junior role at Growthack may be superior to other larger organisations. You will be directly mentored by Leo and Kevin, where you will hone your craft and gain confidence relatively quickly.
